  1. Employee or driver checks in

    GPS is captured, geofence is validated, attendance is marked, and HR dashboard is refreshed.

  2. Compliance expiry detected

    Notifications trigger at 30 days, 15 days, and 7 days with warning level escalation.

  3. Vehicle mileage logged

    Service is auto-scheduled, maintenance cost is captured, inventory updates, and finance receives the trail.

  4. Stock or spare part requested

    Approval deducts inventory, updates vehicle logs, raises purchase requests, and reconciles vendor supply.

  5. Monthly report generated

    Attendance, compliance, location, maintenance, fuel, and inventory reports are sent to assigned stakeholders.
