Terms of Service
These sample terms are provided for the website prototype and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
Authorized access
Access to ERP modules is limited to authorized users assigned by the Super Admin, corporate administrator, vendor administrator, or business owner.
Data accuracy
Users are responsible for accurate roster, cab, driver, vendor, trip, compliance, finance, HR, payroll, and travel desk information.
Audit and approvals
Edits, approvals, exceptions, and overrides may be logged with timestamps, user IDs, justification notes, and module references.
Third-party integrations
Payment gateway, WhatsApp, SMS, GPS, maps, masked calling, ticketing, and travel partner integrations are subject to provider terms and required credentials.
Service changes
The business may update modules, workflows, user rights, escalation rules, and retention policies according to operational and compliance requirements.
