This sample policy describes intended data handling for the prototype. Production policies should be approved by legal, HR, compliance, and client stakeholders.
Data collected
The ERP may process user profiles, employee records, roster data, cab and driver records, documents, location data, attendance, trip history, invoices, tickets, audit logs, and support records.
Location and call records
The requested operating policy stores GPS and masked calling records for 30 days unless applicable law, client contract, or emergency investigation requires a different approved retention rule.
Role-based access
Access is restricted by user type, company, vendor, branch, location, zone, module, field, and approval rights.
Security controls
The web prototype includes privacy shield behavior and print hiding. Full screenshot prevention requires native app controls, managed devices, or enterprise security policy enforcement.
Third-party processors
WhatsApp, SMS, maps, GPS, payment gateway, masked calling, travel ticketing, hotel, airline, and support providers may process data according to their contracts and compliance obligations.
